I wanted to let you know that the cruise was fantastic! You did a great job. The ship and food were excellent, and I am glad that you suggested that we pre-book the excursions. They were also outstanding. The transportation with Claudio was also perfect. He met us everywhere with our names on the signs and was always right on time. By the way, the Visconti Palace Hotel in Rome, is not only beautiful, but within walking distance of everything. Again, thanks for the great job! If you have a supervisor, I would definitely like to write to him/her and tell them what a great job you did.

Maggie is the best! She helped us quickly and efficiently when we needed to stay 3 extra nights in Venice due to hurricane on East Coast (where we live). We will always call on Maggie for our travel needs and have already signed up for another Regent cruise (which specific cruise is yet to be determined).

It was our wedding anniversary & it was our first cruise & i was not sure or knew much about cruises or ships but Janice Willson was wonderful she explain every thing very thoroughly and very helpful on every part of the way, She even arranged our wedding anniversary cake which was a beautyful surprise, She is a wonderful person and make you so relax and stress free , We were very lucky to have such a great person to arrange our holiday.
