WMPH Vacations is a rapidly growing, Delray Beach, Florida travel agency that specializes in cruise and resort vacations.  We operate as EuropeCruises.com, AlaskaCruises.com, Destination Oceans and other brands.  We are a top producer with all the major cruise lines including Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Disney, Holland America, Princess, and Royal Caribbean; and our travel consultants are trained in all cruise destinations including Alaska, the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and the Panama Canal.

Job Opening and Description

WMPH Vacations has immediate openings in our corporate office for dynamic, full-time Leisure Travel Consultants and Customer Service Representatives who love making people happy.  Qualified applicants must be hard-working, dedicated, self-motivated and and willing to work flexible hours.  Our business hours are Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 9 pm, Friday from 9 am - 7 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Make People Happy

• Provide prompt, friendly and courteous to the high volume of phone calls and email leads from potential cruise and vacation prospects

• Develop good rapport and recommend a wide range of cruise and travel products to our customers.

• Have the initiative to begin and the dedication to complete self-study training programs that will help you make more people happy and make you more money.

• Following up with all customer at the end of their trips to welcome them home and encourage referrals for future business.

• Promote your services and develop a client base within your community.

• Work as part of a team and support the ones around you.

Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have . . .

• 1+ Years of Leisure Travel Experience with emphasis on cruise industry is preferred

• Outgoing personality, professional presentation on the phone, in person, or on instant messenger

• Excellent computer skills including the ability to type, proficiency on the internet, grammar for email

• Sabre Skills are preferred

• Strong customer service ethic and desire to make people happy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organization.

• Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not required.
